Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

1. Our Commitment
Lynx has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all users and to preventing our platform from being used to exploit, abuse, or endanger children in any way.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on the Lynx platform:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format
- Grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
- Soliciting or arranging sexual contact with minors
- Any conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child
- Using the platform to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of minors
3. Age Requirements
Lynx is not intended for users under the age of 13. Users must meet the minimum age requirements of their jurisdiction to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age, we will promptly terminate their account and delete associated data.
4. Detection and Prevention
We take the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Active monitoring and moderation of reported content and conduct
- Prompt review and action on all reports related to child safety
- Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and organizations combating CSAE
- Regular review and improvement of our safety policies and detection capabilities
5. Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Lynx that involves or suggests child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
- In-app: Use the report function available on any user profile or event

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. We encourage users to also report suspected CSAE directly to local law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy result in immediate action, which may include:
- Immediate removal of prohibited content
- Permanent suspension of the offending account
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities
- Preservation and disclosure of account information as required by law
7. Cooperation with Authorities
Lynx cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation. We will report any apparent violations of laws concerning CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, and will provide information as required by applicable law.
